3.3 Clamping Pulling Legs on the Traverse
ALWAYS seat the pulling legs securely. Loose pulling legs can slip off the
traverse and cause INJURIES.
Type 1.06 and 1.07 -
Pulling legs with screw clamp
Tighten the screw connection (E, H)
slightly. The pulling legs (C)
can still be adjusted using
manual pressure.
Type 1.06/E, 1.07/E, 1.08
Pulling legs with gripping lever
To adjust the clamp properly:
1. Pull the clamping lever up (E) into a
horizontal position.
2. Tighten the knurled nut (H) until you
feel slight resistance.
To tighten the clamps (D) on
the traverse:
Push the gripping lever (E) down
against the pulling legs (C).
