Pré-montagem do grupo silenciadores
Atenção
A instalação do conjunto de coletores racing prevê a montagem
do conjunto de coletores racing. O conjunto de coletores racing é
distribuído individualmente e não é parte integrante do conjunto
de silenciadores racing.
Insira o silenciador superior (1) e inferior (2) no coletor (3). Monte
a braçadeira de suporte dos silenciadores (4) nos silenciadores (1)
e (2), introduzindo os n. 6 parafusos (15), como indicado no quadro
(Y). Mantendo os silenciadores equidistantes entre si, como mos-
trado no quadro (X), realize o aperto dos 6 parafusos (15) ao binário
indicado. Fixe o silenciador superior (1) e inferior (2) ao coletor (3),
montando as 2 molas (11) com um esticador de molas presente no
comércio. Monte os 2 grampos (9) nas braçadeiras do coletor (3),
orientando-os como mostrado na figura.

Pre-fitting the silencer unit
Warning
The installation of the racing silencer kit requires the installation
of the racing manifold kit. The racing manifold kit is supplied sepa-
rately and is not an integral part of racing silencer kit.
Insert the upper (1) and lower (2) silencer in the manifold (3). Fit
silencer support bracket (4) on silencers (1) and (2) by starting the 6
screws (15) as shown in box (Y). While keeping the silencers at the
same distance one from the other, as shown in box (X), tighten the
6 screws (15) to the specified torque. Fix the upper (1) and lower (2)
silencer to the manifold (3) fitting no. 2 springs (11) with a spring
stretcher available on the market. Fit no. 2 clips (9) on the manifold
brackets (3), aiming them as shown in the figure.
