For loosening/untightening:
1.
Make sure the forward/reverse selector is set the towards
the right side of the tool.
2.
Press the button to choose the desired gear among the
2 showed below:
Gear 4
Used for a continous counter-
clockwise rotation.
NOTE! Gears 1,2 and 3 can only be used for tightening, that is,
with the forward/reverse selector towards the left side. Gears 4
and 5 can only be used for loosening, with the forward/reverse
selector towards the right side.
•
If gear 1,2 or 3 is set and the forward/reverse selector is
moved towards the right, gears 4 or 5 will be automati-
cally connected.
•
If gear 4 or 5 is set and the forward/selector is moved
towards the left, gear 1 will be automatically connected.
Protection system
This system will turn the power tool off automatically under the
following conditions:
1. Overload protection: when the current is abnormally hi-
gher, the tool will stop working. You must stop performing
the operation and turn the tool on to restart.
2. Overheat protection: if the tool temperature is overheated,
the tool will stop working. You must let it cool down before
restarting it.
MAINTENANCE
•
Always be sure that the tool is switched off and the battery
pack is removed from the tool before attempting to perform
inspection or maintenance.
•
Regularly clean the tool's air vents with compressed dry
air. Do not attempt to clean by inserting pointed objects
through openings.
•
Do not use cleaning agents like strong solvents to clean
the plastic parts of the tool, a mild detergent on a damp
cloth is recommended instead.
Gear 5
In this mode, the rotation is
NOT continous, is it used to
lightly loosen bolts and nuts.
To do so, depress the
trigger switch and a small
counterclockwise rotation
will take place until it com-
pletely stops.
Once the slight rotation is
completed, you must wait a
few seconds to depress the
trigger switch again to make
a new one.
