• Centre the pusher on the slider. Push the pusher on the vegetables/
fruits you need to cut with the needles penetrating them to prevent
them from rolling; the spring applies constant pressure on the latter
while they are cut. Depending on the hardness of the product, press
on the ejector during the cut to make it easier.
• The central rod of the pusher shows the level of the products in the
slider.
Reminder: to ensure the food is cut safely, always use the slider and
pusher while cutting it.

• Adjust the thickness of the cut (§3).
• Place the product you need to cut in the slider.
• Centre the pusher on the slider (§5) and perform backwards and
forwards movements towards the blade by holding the frame's
handle.

• Select a Julienne blade in the storage box.
