The following table explains the possible problem and the ways to troubleshoot on the problem.

Battery is waiting to rapid charge.

Battery may be too hot, too cold or low volt-
age.
Solution
Make sure that the power cord is securely plug-
ged into the charger and an appropriate AC
power outlet, and that there is power to the out-
let.
Inspect fuses and replace as necessary.
Check if the radio or the stand-alone battery is
inserted correctly.
Check for contact contamination or corrosion:
•
Remove the radio or stand-alone battery
from the charger.
•
Verify that the battery is an authorized Mo-
torola Solutions battery listed in
