Montagem da tampa do depósito
Monte a junta de vedação (4) no conjunto flange da tampa do de-
pósito (1), até ao fundo, como mostrado na figura (X1). Aplique uma
fina camada de massa lubrificante branca no anel OR grande (5),
para evitar que seja danificado em contacto com o combustível.
Monte o anel OR grande (5) na sede da parte inferior
depósito
(C6).
Posicione
o conjunto flange da tampa do depósito
(1) na parte inferior da tampa do depósito (C6), sincronizando os
perfis (1A) nas sedes (C7), como mostrado na figura (X2).
os 6 parafusos (2) no conjunto flange da tampa do depósito (1).
Aperte os 6 parafusos (2) ao binário indicado, como mostrado na
figura (X3).

Assembling fuel tank plug
Fit seal (4) on tank plug flange assembly (1) driving it fully home
as shown in the figure (X1). Apply a thin layer of white grease on
the big O-ring (5) to prevent it from wearing down due to contact
with fuel. Fit the big O-ring (5) in the relevant seat of the

tank plug lower part (C6) and fix the profiles (1A) on the seats (C7)
as shown in the figure (X2).
Encoste
flange assembly (1). Tighten no.6 screws (2) to the specified torque
as shown in the figure (X3).
