TORQUE STEPS
The torque can be set in four steps by turning
the setting wheel (1). The adjusted step can be
read in opposite of the marking (2).
Step 1: approx. 25 Nm
Step 2: approx. 40 Nm
Step 3: approx. 75 Nm
Step 4: approx. 102 Nm
ATTENTION: After tightening, check all screws with a torque wrench to the required torque.
LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
Warning!
Lubricate your air ratchet before each use with 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil. It is ok to pour the oil into
the air inlet of the ratchet. Only connect your ratchet with air supplies that produce an appropriate air
pressure and provide a sufficient capacity (L/min) for this tool.
Drain the air pressure system before each use.
Water in air hoses will eventually damage your air tool and is a main cause for decreasing efficiency.
Clean respectively replace the air filter of your compressor in recommended intervals.
