Once the correct distance has been found, remove the grid and

re-fix the set screw on the shaft with the help of Allen key No. 3
Replace the container and fix it with the help of the two retaining knobs (G). Finally, connect the container motor cable to the power input

located on the side of the machine body.

Sharpening the blades

WARNING: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety
recommendations since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switches on the machine to turn it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Next, open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain

access to the blades.
Finally, sharpen the cutting area of the blades. To optimize the

cut, we recommend steaming the blades with vegetable oil. If

Next, place the grid on the top of the machine and fix it with the

four latches.
Loosen the two retaining knobs (G) that fix the container to the

body of the machine. Then disconnect the motor cable of the
container from the power input located on the side of the machine
body. Remove the container.
To remove the blades and sharpen them, you must unscrew

the bolts that join them to the motor shaft using Allen key No.
4 (P). IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
To reassemble the MT Gentle 50 and/or 75, position the blades as

shown in the following image. Using Allen key No. 4 (P), fix them to
the shaft with the screws that were previously removed.
