To reassemble the MT Gentle 50 and/or 75, position the blades as
7
shown in the following image. Fix them with the screws previously
removed and with the help of the Allen key No. 4 (P).
Put the container back on top of the protection grid and fix it with
9
the two retaining knobs (G).

Levelling the blades

Cutting effectiveness may be lost over time due to misalignment of the blades. Below, we describe how to solve this
problem, adjusting the distance between the blades and the grid to make them completely level. To carry out this
operation, the machine must be clean. You must also use protective gloves during the levelling process.
First, press the ON/OFF switches on the machine to turn it off.
1
Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Measure the distance between the two ends of the blades and the grid with a caliper or other measuring instrument, as shown in the
3
following images, to check that the blades are completely parallel to the grid of the machine.
If the distance is not the same at both ends, the blades must be levelled so they don't affect the cutting process. Proceed as described below.
Open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain access to
4
the blade.
Replace the grid back on top and fasten it with the four latches.
8
Finally, connect the container
10
Loosen the two retaining knobs (G) that fix the container to the
2
body of the machine. Then disconnect the motor cable of the
container from the power input located on the side of the machine
body. Remove the container.
Loosen, without removing, the four nuts shown in the following
5
image using Allen key No. 3 (O) and a fixed wrench No. 10.
