Emptying the compartment:
At the end of the work, empty the heating compartment and clean the heaters. These operations should be
carried out with extreme caution. Make sure that the oil is not hot - it can cause burns.
• Screw in the metal elbow (Fig. 12 pos. 2) into the drain tap (Fig. 12 pos. 4) with the outlet facing down,
and place an oil reservoir underneath the elbow.
• To empty the heating compartment, lift the safety lock (Fig. 12 pos. 3) and then turn the oil drain lever
(Fig. 10 pos. 1) to the right.
• When the compartment is empty, close the drain valve by moving the lever (Fig. 12 pos.1) to the left and
unscrew the elbow (Fig. 12 pos. 2).

• the power cord is connected to the socket,
• the working surface has not cooled down,
• there are contents in the compartment
6. MAINTENANCE
Before starting any maintenance work, disconnect the device from the power supply.
Daily maintenance involves emptying the bowl and cleaning it as well as the heaters using a cloth soaked
in water with a dish washing liquid, and then wiping them dry with a cloth.
Once a month, please check whether:
• all the electrical connections are executed properly
• the power cord hasn't been damaged
• all the components of the device are working properly.
Once a year the device should be inspected by the technical service in order to check the degree of wear
and to identify possible faults of the components and parts of the device.
