• Prior to operation, the control knob (Fig.10 Pos. 3) should be set to "0" .
• Remove the cover and then place the base (Fig. 11 Pos. 5) so that it covers the heaters (Fig. 11 Pos. 4)
• Fill the tank with oil so that its level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" markers on the inside of the com-
partment.
• Attach the baskets to the lower heater holder (Fig. 11, Pos. 2).
• CAUTION! It is not allowed to switch on the appliance while the bowl is empty.
• To switch on, turn the knob to the right and set the target temperature. The operation of the device is
signaled by a green indicator light; the orange light flashes on when the oil in the heating compartment
is overheated, and goes out when the preset temperature has been reached. When the oil temperature
falls, the unit re-energizes the heater until the temperature set on the control knob is reached (Fig. 10

• Carefully put foodstuffs in the basket. When frying, it is recommended to cover the work area with a lid,
which will help maintain the cleanliness and oil temperature. Make sure the cover is dry first.
• The device is equipped with a safety mechanism that will automatically cut off the power if the nominal
operating temperature is exceeded. After removing the cause of the malfunction and cooling the oil,
press the safety button to continue working with the appliance (Fig. 10 Pos. 1).
• When the batch of food products has finished cooking, remove the lid and carefully remove the basket
from the working area together with the contents. You can hang the basket on the upper crosspiece of
the heater holder for the products to drip the excess oil (Fig. 11, Pos. 2).
