Installation idea (C)
The unit set includes a 6 ltr. water container and a plastic cover with sponge and splash guard. The cover can be cut
into any desired shape using household scissors. The plastic cover is used to fasten the pump and to hold the decora-
tive materials, such as as pebbles, which you will later use to surround the Lunaled water feature. When the material is
evenly distributed, the plastic cover can hold a maximum of 2 kg, otherwise you must provide additional support.
Cutting the cover (D, E)
− Select a decorative vessel of any desired shaped (9) in which you can place the water container (3) included in the
set. As an alternative, you can use your own water container, provided that the pump cannot run dry. Use wooden
blocks (10) or the like for height compensation.
− Cut the cover such, that it rests securely on the water container and can be lowered together into the decorative
vessel. The lines on the underside of the cover serve as a cutting aid. Prevent risk of injuries: Deburr sharp edges
and round-off pointed corners which can occur when the cover is cut to shape! Handle the cover carefully!
Supplied water container: Fastening the Lunaled (F , G)
− Unscrew the stainless steel cap (11) from the Lunaled (5).
− Insert the Lunaled (G, 5) into the centre opening of the cover from below.
− Refit the stainless steel cap and hand tighten.
− Place the extension tube (4) on the pump (6) and tighten.
− Insert the extension tube into the rubber adapter. Ensure that the Lunaled cable is routed correctly in the cable duct
(12).
− Insert the sponge into the cover.
Self-provided water container: Fastening the Lunaled (F , H)
− Unscrew the stainless steel cap (F, 11) from the Lunaled (5).
− Insert the Lunaled (H, 5) into the centre opening of the cover from below.
− Refit the stainless steel cap and hand tighten.
− Insert the intake socket of the pump (6) into the rubber adapter. Ensure that the Lunaled cable is routed correctly in
the cable duct (12).
− For instance, use a cable binder (13, not included in the delivery scope) to fasten the pump directly to the cover.
− Insert the sponge into the cover.
