CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION
The cordless heat gun is a hand-held power tool. It is equipped with
a DC commutator electric motor driving a turbine forcing air flow
through the heating element. The air flow is directed through the
discharge
nozzle
towards
overheating protection element (termik) ensures safe use. The heat
gun is intended for removing paint coatings, heating seized thread
connections to facilitate their loosening and for heating frozen
water pipes, locks, padlocks, etc.
The heat gun can also be used to shrink heat-shrinkable sleeves,
soldering and other work that requires heating with a dry, hot air
stream. The heat gun is intended only for amateur applications.
WARNING! Do not use the device for purposes other than those
for which it was intended.

EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
1. Additional nozzles - 3 pcs.
PREPARATION TO WORK
CHOOSING THE RIGHT ADDITIONAL NOZZLE
Depending on the type of work (if needed), it is possible to mount a
suitable additional nozzle by sliding it onto the discharge nozzle
( 1 ). Each additionally mounted nozzle can be set at any angle in the
range from 0
to 360
(in the heat gun's axis) ( fig. A ). The use of
0
0
additional nozzles facilitates work ensuring its accuracy.
• Surface nozzle - by redirecting the stream of hot air, it protects
the glass against overheating. Particularly useful when removing
paint coatings.
• Reducing nozzle - provides a directed stream of hot air when
machining in corners and during soldering.
the
workplace. The
integrated
• Reflector nozzle - is intended for soldering, shaping plastic
pipes, thawing water installations and for shrinking heat-shrink
tubing.
WARNING! Do not block the air inlet openings, as this may
cause the power tool to overheat.
HANDLE
The heat gun has a practical handle ( 3 ) which, after sliding out of
the housing, is used to suspend the heat gun on a stand or assembly
belt when working at height ( Fig. B ).
ON / OFF
The heat gun is equipped with a switch lock button ( 4 ) to prevent
accidental operation. The safety button is located on both sides of
the device housing ( Fig. C ).
Inclusion
• Insert the battery into the device.
• Press one end of the switch lock button ( 4 ) and hold it in this
position ( fig. D ).
• Press the power switch ( 5 ).
• After starting the device, the switch lock button ( 4 ) can be
released by holding the switch button ( 5 ) pressed all the time so
that the device works and supplies hot air.
Exclusion
• Releasing the pressure on the switch button ( 5 ) disconnects the
heaters and flows cold air with the engine running to cool them
down. After about 6 seconds, the engine stops and the device
turns off.
WARNING! It is normal for the engine and LED to remain on for
a while after releasing the switch (5) button.
LIGHTING
Each time the switch ( 5 ) is pressed, the LED ( 6 ) illuminates the
workplace. After releasing the pressure on the switch button ( 5 ),
the LED ( 6 ) flashes pulsating until the device is turned off.
WARNING! Slight smoke emission when switching on the heat
gun for the first time is normal.
INSTALLATION / DISASSEMBLY OF ADDITIONAL NOZZLES
• Slide the appropriate additional nozzle onto the discharge nozzle
( 1 ).
• Removal of the additional nozzle is done by turning the ring to
the right ( 2 ), which causes the additional nozzle to slide off the
outlet nozzle housing ( 1 ) and after releasing the ring ( 2 ) to its
original position ( Fig. E ).
Practical function of changing hot additional nozzles without
having to wait for them to cool down.
BEFORE WORKING
1. Workplace
Make sure there are no objects nearby restricting free movement,
preventing comfortable and safe work.
2. Checking the correct operation
The started heat gun should work evenly, without jams. Only such a
device is allowed to work.
SHAPING PLASTIC PIPES / DEFROSTING
• Attach the reflector nozzle to the discharge nozzle. To avoid
constriction, the pipe should be filled with sand and closed on
both sides.
• The pipe should be heated evenly by moving it relative to the
heat gun ( Fig. F ).
• Always heat frozen water pipes from the edge to the inside. Heat
plastic pipes and joints between pipe pieces particularly carefully
to avoid damage.
