• Risk of burns! Handles get hot! Always use oven mitts.
• Never heat the grill plate empty or with grease when on the highest
setting.
• Turn off the hot plate immediately in case it overheats. Do not re-
move the grill plate from the hot plate! Instead, let it rest on the hot
plate until it has cooled down.
• In case the grill plate catches fire, in no case try to put out the
flames with water. Use a wet cloth instead.
Clean the grill plate with water and a dish washing detergent. Dry afterwards with a cloth.
• Apply cooking oil to the grill plate before every use.
• Use the highest power setting for heating or the small and medium power settings for cooking.
• Before you put any food on, please heat up the grill plate first. Then put on the food you want to fry. Wait for the bottom of the
roast to turn golden and only then turn the food.
• Do not use metal silverware, but e.g. a wooden spoon instead. This prevents the tool from being heated by the induction field
and the anti-stick coating from being damaged.
• After use, clean the pot as soon as possible with hot water and dish washing liquid. Dry with a cloth afterwards.
• Soak sticky leftovers. If necessary, use a wooden spatula, a sponge or brush to remove leftovers. Caution: Do not use hard
objects, steel wool, abrasive powders, or aggressive cleaning agents such as chlorine bleach.
