SAFETY IMFORMATION
Chair is heavy. May require two adults for a safe assembly.
Do not allow children to climb or play in or around this product.
Assemble on a soft surface, such as carpeting, to avoid scratching the finish.
Do not drag chair on any surface to avoid damage to chair finish and/or floors.
Weight limit is 250 lbs.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly, remove all parts from carton. Compare parts with parts list and diagram above. If
any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble or use the product. Contact customer service for
replacement.
Estimated Assembly Time: Approximately 5 minutes.
No Tools Required for Assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Place the Chair Base (B) on a flat
surface. Align the swivel rocker stem
with the center of the swivel rocker
base and push down firmly to connect
both pieces as shown in Fig. 1.
STEP 2: Make sure you hear both pieces snap
together as shown in Fig. 2.
