low rotation of the motor,
excessive pick-up
Rotation is too slow
Cutting edges of the blades are
worn
Blades are not adjusted to the
counter-blades
Not enough input from the
rollers

SOLUTION
Pick-up is not constant and not
enough quantity. Be careful not
to exceed the recommended
maximum amperage for the
motor
Stretch the belt(s)
Turn off the machine, remove
the excessive product and turn
on the machine again,
controlling the pick-up
Maintain the recommended
rotation
Sharpen the blades
Adjust the blades to the
counter-blades
Increase the spring pressure.
Replace the roller if damaged
