TRANSMISSION GEARBOX (A).
Models EN-9F3B / EN-12B and EN-12F4.
Lubrication: The first time the machine is operated, add 1
liter of oil.
First change the oil after 50 hours of operation. The next
changes are after 300 hours of operation.
Lubricant: 150/CLP Oil.
Remove the existing screw on the bottom of the
transmission gearbox to drain the oil.
Fill the oil periodically as necessary.

TRANSMISSION GEARBOX (B).
Models EN-6400 / EN-6500 / EN-6600 / EN-6700F4 and
EN-6800.
Lubrication: The first time the machine is operated, add 1

First change the oil after 50 hours of operation. The next

Lubricant: 150/CLP Oil.
Oil carter capacity: 800 ml.
Remove the existing screw on the bottom of the
transmission gearbox to drain the oil.
Fill the oil periodically as necessary.

ACCESSORIES.
First change the oil after 50 hours of operation. The next

Recommended lubricant: 150/CLP Oil.
Oil carter capacity: 800 ml.
Fill the oil periodically to the appropriate level.

Conservation

Keep the machine clean and lubricated.
Periodically check the belts, blades, counter-blades, springs, and screws.
We recommend performing an annual over-all tune-up on the Ensiling Machine identifying and
replacing the worn or damaged parts.
Perform before extended stoppages:
- Carefully wash the machine with water;
- Retouch the paint in any parts whenever needed;
- Apply anti corrosive oil on metallic parts;
- Loosen the belts and release the pick-up roller springs;
- Clean the grease fitting and lubricate;
- Lubricate the bearings, unloader nozzle-chute etc.
