Ultimate Cinnamon Rolls
Made with the finest, all-natural ingredients, these amazing cinnamon rolls
have a soft, moist sweet dough flavored with milk and honey.
Milk & Honey Sweet Dough
Unbleached flour, 12% protein
Milk
Instant yeast
Salt
Honey
Egg yolk
Water
Butter, very soft
*Use a strong unbleached All-Purpose flour or Bread flour.
Cinnamon Pecan Filling
Butter, melted and cooled
Light brown sugar
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Egg white, cold
Pecans, chopped
Cinnamon Mocha Glaze
Fine quality white chocolate bar*
Butter
Cinnamon
Coffee or Espresso (brewed)
Powdered sugar
*Lindt or Green & Black's white chocolate bars are delicious in this recipe. White chocolate
chips are formulated not to melt and won't work in this recipe.
Yield: 12 Rolls. Make 12 rolls in two 9" (23cm) round cake pans if you have
the Shelf Kit accessory, or one 9" x 13" (23 x 33cm) rectangular pan.
Timing: Most of the work on these rolls can be done the day before baking.
