• Record through EPG (Electronic Program Guide)
Follow these steps to record through the EPG:
1. Press "EPG" button of the remote control. Then select the channel and the program you want to record using
the right and left arrow buttons.
2. Press the "OK" button of the remote control. A window will appear with information about the recording task.
Press "OK" to confirm;the new task will be included in the schedule recording.
• Direct recordings: REC button
You can record a channel directly by pressing the "REC" button of the remote control. The following message will
appear onscreen when you press this button "Starting recording". You can cancel the recording by pressing "Stop"
button (the action must be confirmed in the confirmation button).
12.1 Time Shift
The TV Tuner SPM820 includes Time Shifting function to
avoid the user can lost his favourite program because of
an interruption, for example a phone call.
When this option is enabled, the program is saved as a
temporary file. Thanks to this, you can continue watching
the program without lost anything in the same point when
you left it.
If you want to enjoy this function, press "Timeshift" button
of the remote control. A bar is displayed onscreen with
the elapsed time. If you want to resume press "Play"
Press "Stop" button to cancel the function. Press it twice
to cancel the recording.
Note: The capacity for Timeshifting function depends on the free available space in the storage device. This value
can not be modified by the user.
