f) pour the water into the boiler tank using the funnel (M), which is supplied with the appliance.
Pour the water in slowly at first to prevent any steam from coming out of the tank;
g) screw the safety cap (16) firmly back into place;
h) plug the appliance into the mains power socket;
i) press the main switch (8);
l) press the boiler tank switch (13).

STEAM FLOW REGULATION

The regulation knob (7) can be used to optimise the flow of
steam.
To increase the flow of steam, turn the knob anticlockwise.
To reduce the flow, turn the knob clockwise.
High steam: for encrusted dirt, stains, hygienic cleansing,
grease.
Normal steam: for carpets, rugs, windows, floors.
Delicate steam: to spray plants and clean delicate fabrics,
upholstery, sofas, etc.

WET AND DRY VACUUM CLEANING

This appliance can be used both as a wet and dry cleaner.
Should it be necessary, while using the appliance you can remove and empty out the water con-
tainer, as described in section 4.2 "Emptying and cleaning the water container". In this case, the
warning light (10) will begin to flash, indicating that the container is not in its seating. As soon
as the empty container has been correctly fitted into the appliance, the warning light (10) will
switch on and the appliance can be used again.
However, when the dirty water in the container reaches the maximum permitted level, a safety
device will automatically switch off the suction power.
In this case too, the warning light (10) will begin to flash and it is then necessary to empty out the
container.
CAUTION: Reinsert the container correctly to guarantee correct suction operation.

VACUUM CLEANER

Frame for parquet floors (H).
The frame (H) for cleaning parquet floors can only be fitted to
the multipurpose brush (D).
Move the two tabs (E) to the release position as illustrated in
the figure.
