Always inspect every time
before use!
• I f any slight defects are established during
the inspection of the PSA before it is used,
this PSA may no longer be used.
• A PSA component that is defective in any
way may only be tested and/or repaired in
an authorised BORNACK workshop.
viSuaL inSPection
• C heck that the rope protection equipment is
complete.
Are all the components in place?
• A ll joins are undamaged. Textile compo-
nents do not show any sign of damage that
can be seen or felt.
• F ittings, hooks, buckles, snap hooks do not
show any visible sign of damage and are not
bent. The snap hook catch and its safeguard
are functional.
SuSPenSion PointS
• S uspension points need to be adequately
strong, EN 795, and should be positioned
above the user.
