I CANNOT RE-INSTALL MY CAMERA ON MY APP
• You cannot install a camera twice on the same Application. A camera installed will
always remain active.
WHAT DO THE COLORED STATUS LIGHTS ON THE MONITOR MEAN?
• RED = No Connection / Alarm
• WHITE = Wi-Fi Connected
• BLUE = Access Point Connected
• YELLOW = Battery Mode
VIDEO STREAMING MODE IS SLOW OR HAS A DELAY
• The speed of login and getting the video feed from the monitor completely depends
on the speed of the connection you are using.
• Your internet speed, whether from Wi-Fi or 3G/Edge impacts the performance of the
App. The faster the connection speed the better the Video streaming from the Nursery
Camera will be.
• In order to keep a resolution of 720p it is recommended that your high-speed internet
connection is at a minimum of 2Mbps or greater.
I FORGOT MY ACCESS POINT PASSWORD
• Remove the battery cover from the Camera.
• Press the RESET button on your unit; this will revert the unit back to the original factory
settings and allow you to use password: 12345678.
NOTE:
We strongly recommend you change the default password and create your own
(Left Menu in the App).
MY PHONE RUNS OUT OF BATTERY QUICKLY
• Video streaming of any kind on a smartphone (whether via Wi-Fi or AP mode) consumes
a lot of battery power. It is recommended that you keep your device in charging mode
whenever possible.
