due to the required effort, you need to use both
hands,it is best to put the other hand on the top of
the first hand, but you may also put the the hand on
other portion of the grip.
• Torque wrenches not in calibration may cause damage
to parts or tools.
• Do not disassemble the wrench.
NOTE: The wrench should be re-calibrated periodically.
The calibration of the wrench should be checked at
least once a year, after any abnormal handling or
overloading, or after 5,000 cycles ("clicks").

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. The torque wrench is a precision instrument, and
should be stored with care in its own case.
2. Do not immerse, or let the wrench to be splashed
with liquids, especially oils and solvents. To clean the
wrench, use glass cleaner or denatured alcohol applied
with a clean cloth.
3. Never disassemble the torque wrench by yourself.
Look for assistance from any qualified service station.
Any incorrect action to disassemble the torque wrench
may result in damage of this instrument.
STANDARD: We calibrate each torque wrench at the
factory using torque standards according to DIN ISO
6789 & ASME B107.14M-2004, and certifies it meets the
accuracy requirements of specifications DIN ISO 6789
and ASME B107.14M-2004.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn the dial bezel so the zero graduation (either
metric or English, depending on scale you are using) to
the left of the red pointer.
2. Rotate the memory needle knob in the clockwise
direction until the memory needle stops at the the red
pointer.
3. Apply torque in the clockwise direction.The red
pointer needle will push the memory needle as torque
is applied. Stop applying torque when memory needle
reached the desired value.
4. When the pointer needle return to "0", the memory
needle will stay at the maximum torque applied.
5. Return the memory needle to "0".
