Problem
The charger does
not work.
The massager
and its
charger become
warm during
charging.
The massager
suddenly switches
off.
Possible cause
The thermal cut-off
has been activated.
The charger is not
plugged in.
You have not placed
the massager on the
charger properly.
This is normal.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
You have pressed
the mode selection
button or the
decrease button for
some time and thus
switched off the
massager.

Solution
Let the appliance
cool down to room
temperature before you
continue using it.
Insert the small plug into
the charger and put the
adapter in the wall socket.
Place the massager
properly on the charger
(see chapter 'Charging').
No further action required.
Charge the massager (see
chapter 'Charging').
Press any button to switch
on the massager again.
