OPERATION
1. Switch the equipment on to the correct power supply. Please
check the product power at the back before usage.
2. Place the material to be disinfected inside the machine.
3. Adjust the time. The red pilot will light off when disinfection
is complete. Usually, sterilizing the goods at 125ºC for 15
minutes could be enough to kill 99.9% bacteria and viruses.
4. Adjust the temperature with the left hand knob. It could be
from 0 to 200ºC. The green pilot will light on meanwhile the
oven is operating.
5. Make sure the door is close before turning the timer button.
6. Keep children away from the machine.
7. Switch it out when you don't use it to avoid possible fire.
NOTE: When the sterilizer is tempered, it is possible to make
the equipment work directly in a temporized way for consecutive
sterilization, because in these conditions the rise temperature
time is almost nil. When the user works with the same load at
the same temperature, the time of temperature rise is known.
This permits the starting up of timer from the first moment;
nevertheless, the sum of rising and sterilization time must be
prefixed.
COMMENTS:
*
The graduation of the thermostat scale is only a guide as
the real temperature inside the oven is the one indicated
in a calibrated external thermometer.
*
It is not advisable to work the sterilizer at temperatures
below 100°C as the thermostat does not regulate correctly
in these conditions.
*
All regulation and readjustment of temperature must always
be made on an upward scale, that is before choosing any
nominal value, the control must be turned completely to the
left of the scale. A more exact regulation of temperature is
obtained in this way as it compensates the inevitable move-
ment of the thermostat spindle.
