 Provide for good ventilation at the working place.
 Have the vacuum cleaner repaired only through quali-
fied specialists and only using original spare parts. This
ensures that the safety of your vacuum cleaner is main-
tained.

Appropriate protective equipment is required. Do not op-
erate the vacuum cleaner without the complete filter sys-
tem. Otherwise there is danger to your own health.
 Before restarting, check the proper condition of the
vacuum hose. When doing this, leave the vacuum hose
mounted to the vacuum cleaner to prevent dust from
coming out. Otherwise, you could possibly inhale dust.
 Do not use the vacuum cleaner as a seat, ladder or step-
ladder. The vacuum cleaner can tip over and become dam-
aged. Danger of injury.
 The intake port and ventilation slots must not be shut,
covered or clogged. This is to ensure proper operation of
the motor.
 Do not vacuum any sharp-edged objects such as broken
glass, nails, stones, needles or razor blades. This is to
ensure that the filter is not damaged.
 Refer to the instructions for the accessories you use.
 Do not open the battery. Danger of short-circuiting.
Protect the battery against heat, e. g., against
continuous intense sunlight, fire, water, and mois-
ture. Danger of explosion.
 When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from oth-
er metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails,
screws, or other small metal objects that can make a
connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the
battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
 Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from
the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally oc-
curs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, addition-
ally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery
may cause irritations or burns.
 In case of damage and improper use of the battery, va-
pours may be emitted. Ventilate the area and seek
medical help in case of complaints. The vapours can irri-
tate the respiratory system.
 Recharge only with the charger specified by the manu-
facturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery
pack may create a risk of fire when used with another bat-
tery pack.
 Use the battery only together with your Bosch product.
This is the only way to protect the battery against danger-
ous overload.
 The battery pack can be damaged by pointed objects
such as nails or screwdrivers or by force applied exter-
nally. An internal short circuit can occur and the battery
pack can burn, smoke, explode or overheat.

Intended Use

The machine is intended for collection, vacuuming, conveying
and separation of non-flammable dry dusts and non-flamma-
ble liquids and water-air mixtures. The vacuum cleaner is
dust-technically checked and corresponds with dust category
L. It is suitable for the increased demands of industrial usage,
as required in trades, industry and workshops.
According to IEC/EN 60335-2-69, vacuum cleaners of dust
category L may only be used for vacuuming and extraction of
hazardous dusts with an exposition limit value > 1 mg/m
