Mounting Bracket Installation

Note: Before installation, please ensure the unit is disconnected from the power source.
Steps to install the device in a suitable location:
1. Remove the two screws on one side of the enclosure.
2. Attach the installation bracket to the enclosure using the screws provided. The bracket is
attached to the enclosure as shown.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the device.
4. Attach the brackets to the surface you want to hold the device against using the screws
(provided by others).

Before You Start

1. Download the latest firmware .bin file to your USB drive. Place the file in the USB drive's root directory.
2. Connect your computer to the receiver's RS232 port using a RS232 cable. A RS232 serial interface software (e.g. Serial Assist) is required.
3. Connect the USB drive to the receiver's Scaler port using a USB female type A to micro USB cable.
Note: Do not power off the device until the firmware has been successfully upgraded.
