PROBLEM
The machine doesn't turn on
The container does not rotate
The display shows the writing

The chocolate doesn't melt
The chocolates melt slowly

during tempering phase
N.B.: the machine must be used with a room temperature of 18-24°C.
REASON
Shortage of electricity, or the eletrical cable is not
connected to the machine, or not correclty connected
The fuse is damaged (burnt)
Missing electricity, or the electric cable power supply is not
connected to the machine or not connected correctly
The fuse is damaged (burnt)
The engine doesn't work
The chocolate doesn't melt
The proble doesn't work in a proper way
The product is not warm enough
The temperature is too low
The temperature is too low
The lamp doesn't turn on
There is not enough product
The bowl doesn't rotate
The fan doesn't work

SOLUTION
Properly connect the cable to the plug
Replace the fuse
Properly connect the cable to the plug
Replace the fuse
Check the engine
Remove the glaze which solidified on the scraper, and re-mix it together with the product
Check the probe and replace it if necessary
Replace the lamps
Re-set the temperature
Re-set the temperature
Replace the lamps
Add more product
Properly connect the cable to the plug/replace the fuse/check the engine/remove the excess of
chocolate solidified on the scraper
Replace the fan
Re-set the temperature
Add more product
Air out and cool down the room, better if the temperature is below 24°C
