For your safety
Safe work with this equipment is possible only when you have completely read these
operating instructions and the safety precautions and observe the instructions strictly. Always
inspect the unit, cable and plug before using. If any damage is noted, discontinue use of the
unit. Have repair performed only by an authorized technician. Never open the unit yourself.
■ The unit should never be wet or operated in moist surroundings.
■ Brake fluids are toxic and aggressive substances. Therefore avoid any type of contact
with them. In the event of skin contact with brake fluid, wash off immediately with water;
this also applies for contact with vehicle paint and clothing.
■ Disconnect electrical power plug before any type of work on the unit.
■
Plug electrical plug into socket only when unit is switched off.
■
Never modify the unit in any manner.
