1. Preparation
NOTE: The spout comes preassembled to protect the product during
shipping. The spout will need to be partially disassembled prior to
installation.
Remove the four screws that secure the spout to the spout base
and remove the spout, gasket, and hex nut from the base.
Remove the spout base.
Test fit the spout shank to verify it will fit through the hole in the
bath rim.
Thread a mounting nut all the way down the spout shank and
each of the handle valves.
For thin mounting surfaces, provide plywood support under the
bath rim.
