Placing the beer keg with the dispensing
unit into the dispenser
Push the button (17) on the dispenser to
open the lid (1). Place the dispensing unit (3)
with the beer keg into cooling chamber (18).
Hold the dispensing unit (3) by its handle (2)
(fig. 4).
Connect the CO2 connector (20) with
the CO2 feed valve at the back of the dis-
penser (fig. 5). Make sure that the silicon
ring (21) is correctly inserted into the feed
valve (19).
Warning:
Keep the CO2 feed valve free of water and other liquids. Push the lid (1) down until you hear it click into place.
The lid (1) is now secured into place. The CO2 feed line is opened.
Inserting the CO2 cartridge
• Push on the CO2 cartridge door (12). It will open and the CO2 cartridge
holder (13) automatically swings out.
• Unscrew the cartridge holder (13).
• Place a 16g CO2 cartridge (supplied) into the holder (13) (fig. 7A).
• Screw the holder (13) in tight again. Screwing down the holder opens
the CO2 cartridge. Complete this step quickly to prevent too much
CO2 from leaking out of the CO2 cartridge. Make sure that the cart-
ridge holder is tightly secured (fig. 7 B).
• Please note: The holder (13) cannot be screwed on all the way when
a CO2 cartridge is attached. There will be a small gap between the
holder and the CO2 cartridge connector.
WARNING! Any leaking CO2 is very cold! Danger of frost bite! Please
note: If a CO2 cartridge has already been inserted, only a close the lid
(1) when the beer keg and attached dispensing unit have already been
placed into the dispenser or when the CO2 regulator (5) is in the 0 po-
sition. Should this not be the case, then the CO2 cartridge will leak out
into the dispenser.
