• Connect the power plug with an easily reachable wall outlet so that in case of an emergency the appliance
can be unplugged immediately. Pull the power plug out of the wall outlet to completely switch off the ap-
pliance. Use the power plug as the disconnect device which shall remain readily operable. The appliance is
powered automatically when connected to the power supply.
• Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
• Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting from the wall outlet.
• Under no circumstances open the appliance casing. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the
casing.
• Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the
user and might damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
• Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level,
stable, clean and dry surface. Protect the appliance against heat, dust, and direct sunlight, moisture, dripping
and splashing water.
• Do not place heavy articles on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open sources of fire, e.g.
candles, on top or beside the appliance. Do not place objects filled with water, e.g. vases on or near the
appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or men-
tal capabilities, or by those who lack experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
and instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Only use the dispenser with a compatible beer keg.
• Do not remove the dispensing unit from the keg when pressurized.
• CO2 cartridges are pressurized. Store the cartridges in a cool, dry place.
• Danger of explosion! Do not subject the CO2 cartridges to temperatures above 50°C. Avoid storing them
near heat sources or direct sunlight.
• The CO2 cartridges should be at room temperature when used.
• Keep CO2 cartridges out of reach of children.
• Do not alter the CO2 cartridge in any way.
• Danger of burns! Avoid skin contact with an iced over CO2 cartridge.
• Only use 16g CO2 cartridges with this dispenser.
• Only discard CO2 cartridges when they are completely empty.
• The appliance is classified as protection class II and must not be connected to a protective ground.
