This article is only intended for dispensing beer from 5 liter beer kegs. Only use the dispenser for its intended
purpose. Do not use the dispenser for commercial purposes. Use for any other purpose can result in damage
to property or personal injury.
Before first Use
• Take the dispenser out of the box and remove all packaging materials.
• Clean the dispenser (Refer to Cleaning and Care).
• Clean the dispensing unit (3) thoroughly (Refer to Cleaning and Care).
Preparation
• Place the dispenser on a flat and even surface. Leave a distance of 10cm
around the dispenser to ensure for proper ventilation. Mount the drip tray (9)
with drip tray cover (8) onto the front of the dispenser.
• Place a silicon ring (23) in the connecting tube (6) and screw it onto the dis-
pensing unit (fig. 1). Make sure that the silicon ring (23) is inserted correctly to
avoid a leaking connection. Make sure that the 0/I on/off switch (15) at the
back of the dispenser am set to 0 positions.
• Plug the power plug (14) into a power outlet and switch the 0/I on/off switch
(15) to I position. Let the dispenser run for a few hours in order to reach the
correct cooling temperature.
Inserting the beer keg
• Tips for beer kegs: After transporting the beer keg, let it rest in a refrigerator overnight. Do not pierce beer
• kegs that have just been moved as they could be under pressure and could partially spray out beer.
• Should the temperature of the beer keg reach over 20°C, refrigerate it overnight to cool it down.
• A well-chilled beer keg guarantees the best taste.
• Tips for cooling beer kegs: Depending on the refrigerator, chilling the beer keg can take between 2 to 12
hours. It is best to pre-chill the beer keg so you have a prepared beer keg when you need it.
• Warning! Do not cool the beer keg in the freezer! Danger of explosion!
