• Use the tool (24) to remove vent plugs or plastic plugs.
• Place the tool underneath the plug and push the handles together until
the plug is cut through (fig. 2).
• Insert one of the silicon adaptors (22) into the beer keg opening.
• Please note: Do not dispose of the silicon adaptor (22) with the empty
beer keg. The silicon adaptors (22) can be reused. Clean it with a mild
washing up liquid and use it for the next beer keg.
Mounting the dispensing unit onto the beer keg
Please note: Let the beer keg rest for at least one hour before piercing it with the dispensing unit (3) to avoid
beer spraying out from the keg.
• Wet the connecting tube (26) before you insert it into the beer keg.
• Mount the dispensing unit (3) with the connecting tube (26) in an up-
right position onto the beer keg. Make sure that the connecting tube
(26) fits perfectly into the corresponding opening in the beer keg.
• Push the entire dispensing unit (3) down into the keg. The connecting
tube (26) should completely disappear into the beer keg (fig. 3).
• Now mount the dispensing unit with the back clip onto the beer keg.
Push the dispensing unit down at the front until you hear it click into
place. The dispensing unit (3) is now correctly secured onto the beer
keg. Please note: After the keg is pierced, the beer will remain fresh for
approx. 1 week provided that the dispenser is on and has a full CO2
cartridge.
• Pay attention to the best-before date on the beer keg. The beer keg
should not be damaged in any way.
