1. Lower the spare tire for enough clear-
ance to reposition (FIG. 10-1). If nec-
essary, refer to instructions for spare
tire in the truck owners manual.
2. Push spare tire toward front of pickup
bed until tire is even with rear of pickup
bed (FIG. 10-1). Then, raise spare tire
tight against truck frame.
