6.3. COUNTER FUNCTION
If you want to know the total number of cycles* performed, press the STOP button while the machine
is not running and this number will appear on the display for a few seconds. Keep in mind that all
machines leave the factory with 200-250 cycles completed for quality control testing.
The display is limited to seven digits, making it so a maximum of 9.999,999 cycles can be displayed.
*(Cycle = complete set of steps in squeezing a piece of fruit.)
6.4. AUTOMATIC START FUNCTION
Turn off the machine at the mains.
With the machine turned off, press STOP, keep it pressed and turn the machine on at the mains; keep
it pressed for 4 seconds and the display will show four numbers.
When you have reached this point, look for the number 4104; by pressing ON you control the two digits
on the left and by pressing SELECT you control the two digits on the right; then press STOP (when
you press STOP the display will show ----) and then turn off the machine at the mains (if the machine
is not switched off, it cannot leave this screen display).
When you turn on the machine again (first you see the programme version and then the number 4104),
it will start operating when the photocell detects oranges and will continue operating until the oranges
are finished or you press STOP.
If it stops when the oranges have finished, you simply need to put more oranges on the ramp
to put the machine back into operation.
If you press STOP, the machine will stop and the oranges will remain on the ramp. To turn the
machine back on again:
-
Remove the oranges on the ramp and then put them back again or press ON.
Important: keep the lens of the photocell clean to ensure it can visualize the fruit properly (fig. 4).
TO RETURN TO THE STANDARD OPERATING SYSTEM.
Repeat the process by entering code 1001.
6.5. PEEL COUNTER FUNCTION
The machine has an automatic system for warning when the peel collection bin is full. If you want to
activate this function, please proceed as follows:
Turn off the machine's power switch.
With the machine off, press SELECT, and continue pressing while turning the power switch
back on. Keep pressing for four seconds until you see the containers/chutes appear on the
display panel alongside a three-digit figure.
Once this screen appears you need to enter the number of peels the machine needs to produce
before the alarm goes off. By pressing SELECT intermittently, the number of peels will continue
to increase. If, on the other hand, you press SELECT continuously for more than two seconds,
the number will start reducing.
