1.3.1 Dough Tray
The appliance is equipped with some tray models that have
two sides : one for standard pizza disc and the other flat (No
crust) according to Chart 02 .
At the opposite site (Picture 03), the tray shapes the pizza
The trays enable the dough opening without crust until a
40 cm (AMP-400) or 50 cm (AMP-500) in one side (Picture
02) and on the oposite side enable the dough opening with
crusts to specific diameters (according to the chart 02) in
each tray (Picture 03), as each crust will have 1 cm of width.
Choose the best Dough Tray for your needs.

3. INSTALLATION AND PRE-OPERATION

3.1 Intallation
3.1.1 Placing
Your appliance must be positioned and leveled on a dry and
firm surface.

3.1.2 Electrical Installation

Before connecting the outlet plug, check the tension indica-
ted in the tag in the Feeding cable.
The feeding cable has three pins and the central pin refers
to the grouding.
It's mandatory that the three pins are correctly on to start
the equipment.

4. OPERATION PROCEDURES

• Before using the equipment, all the parts that will
be in contact with the product to be processed must
be washed, with water and soap (Read the Item 5
CLEANING).

4.1 Starting the machine

1 - To start the appliance press ON Switch Button Nº 01 (Pic-
ture 04)
For safety reasons, the equipment will only start the cone
roller when the handle Nº 02 (Picture 04) is triggered.
2 - Pull the Lever carefully down and to the front of the
equipment until the Cone rollers start the moviment.
3 - To stop the moviments of the Cone Rollers, it's only ne-
cessary to return the handle to the starting position.
4 - After finishing the work, turn off the equipment pressing
and releasing the OFF Switch Button Nº 04 (Picture 04).
