The IQv Battery Analyzer is designed to diagnose the status of all Ingersoll Rand IQv Batteries.

Work area

Do not operate battery analyzer in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases, or dust. A battery analyzer may create sparks which may ignite
the dust or fumes.
Personal Safety
Do not modify this product, safety devices, or accessories. Unauthorized modifications

may result in electric shock, fire or personal injury.

Do not use this product for purposes other than those recommended. Electric shock, fire
or other personal injury may result.
Use and Care
Responsibly recycle or dispose of Batteries. Do not puncture or burn Batteries. Improper

disposal may endanger the environment or cause personal injury.
•
Do not remove any labels. Replace any damaged label. Labels provide information
required for safe use of the product.
Service
Service must only be performed by an Authorized Ingersoll Rand Servicenter or
•
similarly qualified repair personnel. Service or maintenance performed by unqualified
personnel could result in a risk of injury.
Do not open cover or casing. There are no user serviceable items inside. Electric shock or

other personal injury may result.
Product Operation :
1.
Renew the battery pack to be analyzed in the BC10 Universal IQv v Charger.
2.
Insert the Renewed battery pack to be analyzed into the IQv v Battery Analyzer.
3.
Compare the IQv v Capacity Percentage to the IQv v Capacity Rating chart.
4.
Click on "Notes" to add comments about the battery pack.
