Remove the battery pack when done and properly route the battery pack from the outcome
of Step 3.
Analyzer Main Screen Definitions:
Battery ID – The User ID is unique to every battery pack.
Date of Birth – The year and month the battery pack was assembled.
Battery Chemistry & Voltage – The battery pack's chemistry make-up and advertised pack
voltage.
No. of Cycles – The number of times the battery pack has been charged to completion. This
number is used for the warranty cycle count.
IQv Capacity Percentage – The value displayed represents the percentage of the charge
capacity the battery pack is accepting with respect to a new battery pack.
IQv Capacity Rating chart – If the IQv Capacity percentage is within 76% and 100+% the
battery pack is GOOD. If the IQv Capacity percentage is within 50% and 75% the battery pack is
FAIR but showing wear. If the IQv Capacity percentage is within 0% and 49% the battery pack is
bad and should be replaced.
Charge Level – The battery pack's fuel gauge or, the charge level, the battery pack is currently at
with respect to the IQv Capacity Percentage.
Temperature – Displays the battery pack's Temperature. The value displayed should represent
the temperature the pack feels like to the touch.

Environmental Protection

When the life of Ingersoll Rand electrical product has expired, it must be recycled in accordance
with all applicable standards and regulations (local, state, country, federal, etc.). Improper
disposal may endanger environment.
For European Union countries only:
Ingersoll Rand electrical products and batteries that have reached end of life must be recycled
in accordance with Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment Directive (2002/96/EC).
Ingersoll Rand electrical products and batteries should be returned directly to:
