A How to use the whisk
The whisk accessory is perfectly suited
for whipping cream, beating egg whites,
mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.
• Insert the whisk (2) into the whisk
gearbox (1). Insert the motor part into
the gearbox until it locks in place.
• Hold the whisk into a bowl. Then switch
on the motor part as shown.
• To release the whisk accessory after
use, press buttons and pull off the
gearbox. Then pull the whisk out of the
gearbox.
Tips for best results
• Use a wide bowl.
• Move the whisk clockwise, holding it
slightly inclined.
Maximum quantities:
400 ml chilled cream
(min 30% fat content, 4–8 °C).

Speed setting
MQ5 Vario
Whipped cream: Start with
+ MQ 7
low speed and increase to
maximum speed while
whipping.
Egg snow: Start with a
medium speed and
increase to maximum
speed while beating.
Type MQ 5
Only use speed «I» to
operate the whisk.
B Cleaning
Clean the motor part and the whisk gear
box with a damp cloth only. The whisk (2)
can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
