CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS
Conversion Instructions for Item #0221886/

1. Take the burners out and adjust the air
shutter.
a. Main Burner Conversin
Pull off the R-pins and take the main
burners out. Adjust main burners' air
shutters by loosening the air shutter
screws. (Fig. 56)
b. The settings are:
1/4 in. open for LP gas.
1/16 in. - 1/8 in. open for NG gas.
You need to adjust the openings before you
put the burners back in the burner box.

2. Change to NG orifices
a. Remove the LP orifices first with the orifice
removal tool (B), then install the NG orifice.
Make sure you are using the correct
orifice, marked "1.37". (Fig. 58)
3. Sear Burner Conversion
a. Remove the grid and drip tray from the sear
burner.
b. Remove the 2 screws (1/4-20 x 1-3/8 in.)
from the left side of the sear burner box.
The screws are located inside of the main
burner box. (Fig. 59)
