Yellow squash (approx. 8 oz each)

Kohlrabi (approx. 8 oz each), peeled

Preparation: approx. 35 min. | Baking: approx. 35 min.
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Cut the squash and kohlrabi into sheets using
the Veggie Sheet Slicer. Fold the vegetable
sheets loosely and place them into the pre-
pared dish. Divide the tomatoes between
the vegetable sheets.
3. Mix the onion, garlic, herbs, half & half and
cheese. Season and pour mixture over the
vegetables.
4. Baking: approx. 35 min. on the lower rack
of the oven.
Serve with: Pasta, grilled meats and fish.
