Installation

Remove the spare tire and spare tire carrier from
the tailgate.
Remove the factory rear bumper and hitch if
applicable.
Leave the driver/left side support bracket
attached to the frame. Remove the passenger
bracket from the frame.
Save the all Hardware, the S-brackets and the
driver/left side support bracket.
See Figure 1

Install Light into bumper per instructions
included with lights.
Have two people help you hold the new
Recovery Rear Bumper (RRB) up in place.
Attach the driver side outer factory bracket to
the RBB bumper with the 12mm bolts nuts and
washers. Leave loose to allow adjustment. See
Figure 1.
Attach the Passenger side bracket to the factory
locations with the factory hardware. Leave loose
to allow adjustment. See Figure 2.

Install the inner Frame Reinforcment Plate to the
inside of the passenger side frame using the
12mm x 110mm bolt/nut/washer.
See Figure 3

Hold hitch up to rear crossmember and line up
the slotted holes with the pre-existing holes in
the crossmember.
Install (2) 12mm x 120mm bolts, (2) 12mm lock
washers and (2) 12mm flat washers through
hitch, through crossmember and into pre-
threaded holes in bumper.
Leave hand tight at this time.

Install (two) 12mm x 30mm Flange Bolts with
12mm flat washers vertically through the hitch to
the underside of the bumper.
Leave hand tight at this time.
