6. Maintenance and servicing
Check screwed joints

Check lock and joints of the bin tipper for ease of movement and if necessary grease with commercial

grease
Have regular inspections carried out at maximum intervals of one year by an expert from the operators.

Have extraordinary inspections carried out after accidents or special incidents that may adversely affect the

carrying capacity as well as after servicing by an expert from the operators.
Before the visual and function control under certain circumstances prior cleaning of the bin tipper may be
-
necessary.
The scope of the inspection in case of visual defects and malfunctions extends to breaks, deformation,
-
incipient cracks, damage, wear and tear, corrosion damage and malfunctions of the bin tipper
As evidence that the testing has been carried out the operator must draw up and keep a checklist.

In case of visible deformation, obvious damage, major wear and tear of the screws and screw guides the
-
bin tipper must not be used further.
