PROBLEMS
Softener regenerates continuously
The programmer does not regenerate
automatically or when the start up button
is pushed
The programmer does not regenerate
automatically but only by pushing the start

Fiber-optic player wrong placed

External by pass valve open

SOLUTIONS
Place fiber-optic player in the right place
Replace the camshaft
Replace the timer
Connect
Replace engine
Replace timer
Reset the timer according to the softener
model referring to the values shown in
the column in the chart
Replace programmer

Put the bayonet insert of counting cable
in the turbine section
Close the by pass valve
Repeat regeneration being sure to use
the right quantity of salt
Wash or replace resins
Check and set up again

Remove impurities to let turbine runs

Make sure there are at least 1,4 bar

Replace injector
