against the arbor housing. Make sure
the blade nut is securely tightened.
Do not overtighten.
• Lock the release lever.
• Rotate the blade by hand to make
sure it turns freely.
• Lower the saw blade and reinstall the
table insert.
NOTE: To replace the blade with an
accessory blade, follow the instructions
provided with the accessory.
TO ADJUST BLADE AT 0° AND 45°
See Figures 46 - 48.
The saw angle settings have been set at the
factory and, unless shipping damage, should
not require adjustment during assembly. After
extensive use, they may need to be checked.
• Unplug the saw.
• Raise the blade.
• Remove the blade guard assembly.
If the blade is not perfectly vertical (0°):
• Loosen the set screw and bevel
