To obtain the best possible results from your refrigerator, it is important that
you operate it properly

3.2 Temperature control

Controls for the freezer is located at the top front of the freezer compartment.
When you first install your freezer, set the Thermostat knob at 3. Give your
refrigerator time to cool down completely before adding food.
It is best to wait 24 hours before adding food.
The thermostat knob controls the temperature. The higher number setting, the
longer the compressor will run to keep the temperature colder.
When the thermostat control knob is set to OFF, the refrigerator is not running.
