Powering On/Off (On-Off Key)

To power on, press and hold On-Off key untill the LED turns red.
Your TCR1000 performs a self-check and registration routine. After
successful registration, the TCR1000 is in service and the LED
flashes green.
To power off, press and hold On-Off key. You will hear a beep.
The TCR1000 is powering on or off regardless of Remote Control
Unit connection.

Transmit Inhibit (TXI)

Transmit Inhibit is a feature allowing you to switch off transmission
before entering a Radio-Frequency (RF) sensitive area.
To activate the TXI mode, press and hold the Option button.
When in the TXI Mode, press and hold the Option button to
deactivate the TXI.
The TXI Mode is deactivated at power on.

Whisper Mode

In situations where talking at normal volumes may be an issue the
terminal supports a high sensitivity microphone mode that can be
toggled.
The
TCR1000
microphone can be fed from the Neckloop or the Patch.
Although these devices have different audio characteristics, the
whisper mode microphone gain delta is constant.
To activate the Whisper Mode, press the Option button.
When in the Whisper Mode, press the Option button to deactivate
the mode.
Pressing the Emergency button, even if Transmit
Inhibit is activated, causes the TCR1000 to
transmit immediately. The TCR1000 must NOT
be within the RF sensitive area when entering
Emergency Mode.
Ensure you have left the RF sensitive area before
powering on.
