This equipment is installed on a level stable surface - a table - with height from 650 mm
to 750 mm. In order to ensure proper and safe operation of the machine, it must have free
space of at least 160 mm on the front and back edges of the table, and at least 320 mm on

Operating instructions
1.
Firstly, loosen the holder to raise the working head and set it to a fixed position. Then
install the stirrer in the body, turn 40 degrees to the left.
2.
Place the stainless steel bowl on the base and turn counterclockwise until it stops. You
can remove the bowl by simply turning it in the opposite direction.
3.
Press down on the working head when loosen the holder to make sure the head is in the
fixed position. Tighten the holder and install the bowl. Turn on the power supply, the
indicator will light up. Slowly turn the speed switch, the machine will start working. The
speed switch can be adjusted as needed.
4.
Whipping speed control
a.
A whip for eggs is used for mixing non-viscous products such as cream and eggs.
Whipping of such products is carried out at 2-3 speed.
b.
The whip is used to mix sticky products such as minced meat. Whipping is carried out
at 1-2 speed. The speed should not be higher than specified, whipping the products at
a higher speed can lead to equipment failure.
c.
The dough hook is used to mix viscous products such as dough. Mixing is carried out
at 0-1 speed.

When the equipment is set to maximum speed, do not rotate it with force, this may result
in incorrect speed switch operation.
6.
Maintenance and care
1.
Wipe the case with a clean wet sponge or cloth and wipe it dry everyday.
2.
Do not leave the mixer running if the mixing of the products is already completed.
3.
If the whip rubs against the bowl when mixing, it is necessary to adjust the position of the
machine parts.
4.
After one year of operation, contact a qualified technician for inspection and maintenance.
5.
Do not use spare parts from other suppliers to prevent damage to equipment or injuries.
