How to Assemble Your Light Kit Assembly

1. Remove one of the three screws in the adaptor
plate at the bottom of the motor assembly. Slightly
loosen the remaining two screws and retain the
screw. Assemble the lower housing assembly
to the adaptor plate of the motor assembly using
the two key slots in the lower housing assembly.
Replace the third screw and secure all three screws.
(Figure 1)
2. Remove one of the three screws on the housing
lower assembly and retain the screw for Step 3.
Slightly loose the remaining two screws. Connect the
2 single-pin connectors from the light kit assembly
to the 2 single-pin connectors from motor assembly.
(Figure 2)
3. Assemble the light kit assembly to the adaptor
plate of the motor assembly using the two key slots
in the light kit assembly. Replace the third screw
and secure all three screws. (Figure 3)
4. Insert light bulb into socket. (Figure 4)
CAUTION
To reduce the risk of fire, use 75-watt max. type
T4-minican JD E11 tungsten halogen bulb. Turn off
the wall switch and allow the bulb to cool for 10
minutes before relamping.
Bulb is pressurized and may shatter. DO NOT TOUCH
BULB WITH BARE HANDS. Fingerprints may result in
shorter bulb life. Remove fingerprints with alcohol
prior to use.
5. Secure the glass to light kit assembly by twisting
in a clockwise direction. Do not over-tighten. (Figure 5)
